PepsiCo Foundation — Global Changemakers Series
The Challenge
The PepsiCo Foundation set out to spotlight powerful stories of social impact leaders across emerging markets. While the individual stories were compelling, they risked feeling disconnected without a unifying narrative that could tie them to a shared global purpose and reach audiences at the scale the work deserved.
The Strategy
The work began with deep listening. Through conversations with changemakers across regions, common themes of resilience, community leadership, and innovation emerged. These insights informed a cohesive narrative arc that honored each leader’s local context while connecting their work to a broader global mission.
Once the narrative strategy was established, the series was amplified through an integrated, 360-degree approach across owned channels, earned media, paid placements, and organic social content.
The Impact
What began as a collection of individual profiles evolved into a compelling global platform. The series drove meaningful reach, including more than one million YouTube views, and elevated grassroots leadership while demonstrating the scale, humanity, and impact of the communities the Foundation supports.
